TAMMY BATCHELOR
CFRE, bCRE
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER PARTNER


Tammy has more than 20 years of fundraising and managed services experience working with community, research and healthcare system foundations across the country. In her previous role as the System Director of Operations for the Catholic Health Initiatives National Foundation, Tammy had responsibility and oversight for 40+ Raiser’s Edge / NXT databases representing 2M+ active and prospect donor records. Tammy also led the system-wide conversion initiative to Blackbaud CRM to help create a more effective and efficient platform for fundraising development locally, regionally and nationally.
In her current role as Chief Operating Officer and Partner for Cause and Solution, Tammy continues to enjoy working with non-profits of all sizes to find solutions to help improve fundraising.
Tammy graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; holds Certified Fundraising Executive Certification; is a certified bCRE-pro; and is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement.

JAMIE LUNDIEN
MBA, CPA, bCRE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER PARTNER

Jamie has been working in the accounting field for more than 18 years with specific experience in healthcare philanthropy for more than 10 years with extensive experience working with Blackbaud Financial Edge / NXT advising, designing, and implementing more than 50 databases in 2018.
Understanding the requirements of non-profit accounting along with having real-world experience working within a large health system, Jamie offers a unique perspective to fundraising accounting that has become a true asset to the clients he partners with.
Jamie has a Master of Business Administration with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is an accredited CPA within the State of Colorado.

JIM BOCIAN
MBA, CFRE, bCRE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER PARTNER


Jim has 30 years of non-profit fundraising experience and demonstrated leadership in the areas of business development, operations, project management, strategic planning, and developing and managing sophisticated fundraising systems within a large national healthcare enterprise. Jim led the effort to create one of the largest national non-profit hospital system foundation's in the country with the development of the CHI National Foundation.
Having had the opportunity to work in almost every capacity of fundraising development over his career Jim believes you can obtain amazing goals; inspire others; be innovative; and make an impact on the communities we serve through and with the team you build around you.
Jim is a graduate of Regis University with a Bachelors in Science and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management. Jim holds a Certification as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and is a member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and has presented on numerous fundraising related topics at national and regional industry conferences.

Brian Bonin

Senior Solution Engineer
Brian’s experience in operational support for a large non-profit national healthcare system has provided him with an exceptional understanding of complex donor database systems, fundraising support and the unique needs of independent and integrated development programs. Brian holds a bCRE-Pro.

Marketa Taylor

Data Scientist
In addition to Marketa's experience with non-profits, she has worked in the banking, optical and law industries. Marketa currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration/Health Care Management, and is currently working towards her MBA. Marketa holds a bCRE-Pro.

Jennifer Bonin

Solution Analyst
Jennifer has extensive database management, analysis and implementation experience utilizing Blackbaud products. Jennifer brings experience as a Prospect Researcher and a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a focus in Health, Physical Education and Recreation and holds a bCRE-Pro

Roma Cruz

Financial Solutions Consultant
Roma brings over 8 years of accounting experience, in industries ranging from non-profits to real estate investment and healthcare services. Roma has been involved in non-profits since her undergraduate career and continues to volunteer whenever she can. She enjoys weightlifting and is an extreme foodie. Roma graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Environmental Biology.

Shannon Ornelas

Data Scientist
Shannon has nine years of data entry and analysis experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Shannon is currently working towards her degree with a double major in both Finance and Health Care Administration. Her main passions in life include helping others and travelling. Alex Bocian

Solution Analyst
Alex brings a creative and technical approach to his work to help non-profit foundations be more successful by providing support services necessary to allow foundations to spend more of their limited time and resources with donors and less time managing their databases. Alex holds a bCRE-Pro and provides primary support to Healthcare Foundations across the Northwestern region of the United States.

Kirk Erickson
Financial Solutions Consultant
Kirk graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a bachelor in economics. Kirk began his MBA with an emphasis in finance at UCCS in 2020 and plans to complete the program once schools resume in-person learning.
In his free time Kirk enjoys golfing and spending time with his two dogs Dakota and Hugo.

Rilie Wellbrock
Solution Analyst - Intern
Due to the interest that Rilie has in assisting nonprofit organizations, Rilie began her internship with Cause and Solution over one year ago learning about database management and prospect research while spending as much time as she can with her two young daughters, Vivianne and Charlotte.

Joleen Lundien
Solution Analyst
Joleen graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After graduating, she spent time in Sales and then in the Banking Industry before taking time off to raise her two children. Joleen brings a great perspective and customer service minded mentality with her in the non profit sector and is a great asset to the clients she works with.

Walter Alfaro
Business Solutions Analyst
After graduating with a degree in Finance, Walter spent time in healthcare and sales while volunteering at his local fire station in Frederick, MD, as a Hazmat technician and Firefighter. Walter moved to Colorado Springs, CO, to enjoy the mountains and wilderness; while continuing to be involved with multiple professional groups to help promote local businesses and local non-profit organizations. Walter brings an optimistic approach with a service excellence mentality to ensure success with whomever he works with.

Brandon Jackson
Graphic Designer
Brandon graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. He has worked in graphic design for more than 14 years and has experience in Graphic Design, Television Production, Motion Graphics, Multi-Media and Printing. Brandon's creativity and exceptional art and design is a tremendous asset to the foundations he partners with across the country.

Kyle Ellis
Staff Accountant
Kyle graduated from Texas A&M with a double major in Accounting and Finance. He has spent the past ten years supporting the financial operations of a major healthcare company and is excited to shift his focus to the nonprofit sector.
In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, hiking with his wife, and spending time with their three dogs.
